I wish I was a more wordy nerdy

Damn you wordy blogger friends. I find I approach New Post with dread, hoping I'm not going to let the high standard slip and trying to find something IMPORTANT to say.
Is it possible you could talk about something mundane just occasionally. A new kitten is good for me or maybe that brown is your favourite colour. I feel like a small child struggling to keep up with older siblings and always falling short, although I think my poem about the dead mullet had a lot of merit.
I mean it's not as if I chose you as friends is it? You latched on to me as a lesser mortal so your mewsings would sound so much better and if you don't behave yourselves I'm going to ditch you and find lesser mortals than me.
Alright I have to admit I've tried but there is not that many lesser mortals lying around so I'll stick with you until I get a better offer.
Did I tell you the fragipani is flowering for the first time this year.

I like your blog because you are yourself, expressing things in "mundane manner", i got the experience of your life from your writing, and also inspire by your energy at your age. Everything i got it from your "mundane" write-ups.

Another thing, I really wanted to take your dog but the problem is not distance but language... he might not understand my native language and i dont want to teach him/her English.

fucoid....you.are.too.kind.
You can be my friend, I don't know about the others yet!

HB....no you didn't, you have been pouring out wonderful, erudite passages since I've known you. Maybe I'll let you stay if you sit at the front of the class where I can watch you carefully.

Shubhajit....your turtle blog saved you. Not quite a new kitten but....You almost lost again when you brought up the 'age' word but I'll forgive the small lapse.
The dog understands a universal language. Pet when good, kick when bad.

erudite?!
oh then i should have been so rude, dear teacher Chook...
:)
okay i promise to sit at the front of the class... but just there is one problem... crows don't have a sense of direction... where is the front of the class?

and teachers should check students' homeworks so that they can see how they're improving...
did you check my homework in the link i gave here?
no?
ah... you've decided to kick the lazy student out of the class, eh?
(sigh)

HB.... the front of the class is where you will write on the blackboard 100 times...I will not spel better, rhyme better or even think better than my teacher...
Links are for chains and become endless.
No you are not kicked out yet. I see some cheekiness but I don't think it is fatal.

LM...a picture tells a thousand words. My blog posting is a bit like eating chilli, so nice when it is over!

yeah! it was a small lapse..age is physiological and living life is spiritual or in a better sense mental.
Sometimes small animals save big animals like us and this time a turtle saved me from the curses of my very good virtual friend...

oh i know this tone... such teachers... and the scars they leave on one's mind... heart...

my heart is crisscrossed with such scars...

you are not one of them, though...

Shubhajit....the mind is what keeps us young. I'm not ready for pipe and slippers in front of the fire yet!

HB...at school I think I was unteachable and I can see it in my youngest son.
Crow in the morning
Crow in the evening
Crow at supper time
Be my little crow
And I'll love you all the time
